Now's The Time To Think

We are kicking of a week of Thanks and that means food, family, and shopping. I realize that everyone is in the same frame of mind. This year we are going over the river and through the woods to grandma's house. It will be a fun filled day of food, music, laughing, and hopefully some knitting. In the past I never would even consider getting up to catch those Friday bargains, but now that there kiddos in our lives...........this still remains to be seen (still thinking on this one).

My project(s) that I am thinking of taking with me are Mitt Envy , a fantastic free knitting pattern from knittywhipped. I am trying out my Noro Kuryon sock yarn for these. I might even have enough left for a neck warmer?? We shall see.

My other project is for both the boys. They love Star Wars!! I think I will leave off the protruding bits. This is another free pattern from Carissa Knits . I think the boys will have fun beeping around the house and with their friends.
I thought these would be nice portable knits that could be done while the game is on and we are just grazing for the rest of the the day.
