Whew! I love a finished product. I took an old pattern and adapted it to make it my own. After knitting several hats with a roll brim, it was fun to try a new look. The ruffle was quick to knit and looks very pretty.
Next on the needles is some gorgeous yarn in a mauve color. I haven't worked with this yarn yet, it has great texture - I'm excited to experiment with it. I haven't conceived the design of this hat, but I do hope to complete it tonight. My precious one year old has been quite demanding today so... an early bedtime is in order!
